Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To add your concern about a delivery company to our database that we can present to delivery companies or regulators.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Access to our online services (such as website)

We use the information that you have given us in order to allow you to access and provide you with our online services.

We may share this information with service providers who help us offer the service.

Your data is securely stored on a database kept in servers provided by MongoDB, Inc. located in the European Economic Area (EEA).

MongoDB, Inc. is a company based in the United States of America.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is stored securely in an access-controlled database, hosted in the EEA.

We keep your data for the length of the campaign. Once the campaign is over, we will dispose of the data.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond.

When making a request under your rights, especially if requesting a copy of your data, we reserve the right to request a copy of government issued identification. This is to simply secure your data from being accessed by third-parties.
